Shipping Policy

How we get your cards from our hands to your loved ones' mailboxes.

1. Overview

Moments Imprinted is an automated card subscription service. When you schedule a card event (birthday, anniversary, holiday, etc.), we handle everything — from generating the personalized card design to printing and mailing it directly to your recipient. You never need to visit a post office or buy a stamp.

All cards are printed on premium 5×7 cardstock, placed in a matching envelope, and mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First-Class Mail.

2. Processing Timeline

Our automated system follows a carefully timed schedule to ensure your cards arrive before the occasion:

3 Weeks Before the Event

You receive an email notification with a preview of your card. You have one week to review, edit the message, or make changes.

2 Weeks Before the Event

The editing window closes. If no changes were made, the card is automatically approved. Your payment method is charged, and the card enters the print queue.

Printing & Mailing

Cards are printed and mailed within 1–3 business days after approval. We aim to have cards in the mail at least 10 days before the event date.

Delivery

USPS First-Class Mail typically delivers within 2–5 business days from the date of mailing, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Method & Cost

All cards are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Shipping and postage costs are included in the per-card price — there are no hidden fees or separate shipping charges.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).

International shipping is not available at this time. We are actively exploring international mailing options and will update this policy when international delivery becomes available.

APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported and shipped via USPS at no additional cost.

5. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete recipient mailing addresses when creating events. Please double-check all addresses, including apartment or unit numbers, ZIP codes, and state abbreviations.

Cards returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be subject to a reprint and remailing fee. We will notify you via email if a card is returned so you can update the address and request a resend.

Moments Imprinted is not responsible for cards that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Cards

Because USPS First-Class Mail does not include tracking, we cannot guarantee delivery confirmation. However, we stand behind our service:

  • If a card does not arrive within 10 business days of the mailing date, please contact us. We will reprint and resend the card at no additional charge (one courtesy resend per event).
  • If a card arrives damaged, contact us with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost.
  • If a card arrives after the event date due to USPS delays beyond our control, we apologize for the inconvenience but cannot offer a refund, as the card was printed and mailed on schedule.

7. Cancellations & Refunds Related to Shipping

You may cancel or modify a card event at any time before the editing window closes (2 weeks before the event date). Cancelled events that have not yet been charged will not incur any cost.

Once a card has been approved, charged, and entered the print queue, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because the card is a custom, personalized product made specifically for your recipient.

8. Holiday & Peak Season Considerations

During peak mailing seasons (such as the weeks surrounding Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day), USPS delivery times may be longer than usual. Our system accounts for this by initiating the card process earlier for events falling during these periods.

We recommend scheduling events well in advance to ensure timely delivery during busy seasons.
