What Is Collect My Dates?

Collect My Dates is a free feature available to every Moments Imprinted subscriber. It gives you a personalized, shareable link that you can send to friends, family, coworkers — anyone whose birthday or special dates you want to remember.

When someone clicks your link, they see a simple, friendly form where they can enter:

• Their full name
• Their mailing address
• Their birthday
• Any other special dates they'd like you to remember (anniversaries, kids' birthdays, etc.)

No account is required on their end. They fill out the form, hit submit, and they're done. The whole process takes less than a minute.

How It Works: A Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Step 1: Find Your Link

Log in to your Moments Imprinted dashboard and navigate to the Recipients page. You'll see a "Collect My Dates" section with your unique shareable link and a handy copy button.

Step 2: Share It

Send your link however you like — text message, email, social media, a family group chat, or even printed on a holiday card. The link works on any device and any browser.

Step 3: They Fill It Out

Your friend or family member opens the link and sees a clean, branded form. They enter their name, address, birthday, and optionally any other dates. They can also add a short note if they'd like. The form is mobile-friendly and takes under a minute to complete.

Step 4: You Get Notified

As soon as someone submits the form, you receive an email notification with their name and a direct link to review the submission. No need to keep checking your dashboard — we'll let you know the moment a new response comes in.

Step 5: Review and Approve

Back on your Recipients page, you'll see all pending submissions. For each one, you can:

• Approve — This automatically creates a recipient profile with their address and sets up a birthday card event. You're done!
• Dismiss — If the submission is a duplicate or you don't want to add them, simply dismiss it.

One click, and they're in your system with a card already scheduled for their next birthday.
