Events scheduled fifteen to twenty days ahead receive an accelerated preview and a shorter editing window ending fourteen days before the event. Events scheduled seven to fourteen days ahead may require immediate review, approval, and payment. Moments Imprinted will make every reasonable effort to mail the card in time, but arrival by the event date cannot be guaranteed. Events under seven days keep a stronger late-delivery warning and acknowledgment.

Postage is included. Mailing is targeted for about one week before the event, with postal delivery typically taking two to five business days after mailing.
