Preview, charge, fulfillment, and mailing timeline

For events scheduled at least three weeks ahead, the preview is emailed at three weeks, the editing window closes at two weeks, and mailing is targeted for about one week before the event. Events scheduled fifteen to twenty days ahead have a shortened editing window, and later events use an accelerated process with clear delivery warnings.
