Processing & Mailing Timeline

1. Once a card is scheduled, we’ll notify you two weeks before the sending date, giving you time to review or customize the card.
2. We mail your card one workweek before its event date, ensuring timely arrival.
3. After mailing, typical delivery time within the U.S. is 3–5 business days.

Shipping Regions

1. We currently ship within the United States.
2. If and when we expand to additional regions, we’ll update this policy accordingly.

Shipping Costs

1. Postage and mailing are included in your service — no extra shipping fees.

Tracking & Notifications

1. You’ll receive a notification when your card is mailed.
2. Delivery tracking isn’t available individually since cards are sent directly through standard mail services.

Delays & Exceptions

1. Delivery targets are based on standard mail estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or postal carrier delays.
2. Because items are sent via standard mail, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times beyond our mailed-ahead scheduling.
